MINE - BankBlocks

MINE BankBlocks provide you with the buidling blocks to creating your Investment Management System. Built as EJB compliant beans, MINE BankBlocks can be deployed to any compliant EJB server including BEA WebLogic and IBM WebSphere.

MINE BankBlocks provide the EJB middle ground between your front-end client (HTML/Windows/Java etc.) and the MINE DataCentre.

MINE provides two classes of BankBlocks:
	Enterprise Java Beans	Responsible for dealing with the database
	Workflow Beans	Orgainse EJB's in to coordinated units of work

MINE has been engineered in such a way that you can completely customise the functionality provided out of the box. This is achieved through an extension layer allowing you to deliver corporate wide application enhancements within the core MINE product.

Entity Beans

MINE BankBlocks utilises EJB's as the interface between WorkFlow beans and the database. It is the responsibility of each bean to provide the persistent storage of it's data through to the MINE DataCentre.

WorkFlows

These stateless session beans organise multiple stateful beans in to coordinated transactions. Workflows are typically invoked by the client, and in the case of HTML/WML requests, can be automatically processed through the MINE JSPFrame layer

Examples of workflows supplied, include:
	Registration	Handles site registration tasks
	Instruction	Handles instructions to buy and sell assets
	Account	Account creation duties
