Assets MINE provides
sophisticated hierarchical multi-exchange asset structures. An asset can be
linked to any number of exchanges where it is being traded. Each
Asset/Exchange combination stores unique historical price history information
which can be supplied by multiple data providers. Hierarcical structures
enable assets to be linked to other assets such as in the case of Mutual
Funds with subclasses, Options with underlying assets, or Collateral backing
an asset. These relationships can then be used in your reporting to provide
comprehensive exposure analysis. MINE has no limit on the
number assets that can be created. You can defined an unlimited number of
asset types, which do not have to be exchange traded, such as houses, art and
so on. Central Asset Master FileMINE's comprehensive
asset structure positions it well to act as a Central Asset Master File
giving your internal systems a single known view on Asset static and
historical data, including market indices. By centralising your
asset and price feeds, you have a single trusted source of data that can be
easily distributed to downstream systems. This will give you more control and
reduced costs on subscribing to multiple feeds. Unlimited user defined
fields allow you to capture additional information not built in to the
comprehensive table structures without any programming effort. Global Access Keys allow
you to define any search value for an Asset in your system optionally on an
Exchange. Examples of Global Access Keys inclde: ISIN, SEDOL, TICKER, WKN and
so forth. You can even define key values used in your existing systems. Price FeedsMine's structures enable
you to import price feeds from any number of data providers. Mine's
flexibility would allow your US users to use Retuers pricing and your UK
users use Bloomberg. In addition you have the power to validate prices
between data providers to ensure you have as clean a price as possible.
Individual price feeds can be rolled back enabling you to remove a corrupted
data feed from the system. |
